A Personalized, Systems-Based Approach to Midlife Hormone & Metabolic Health

Why I Do This Work
Over the past 18+ years in practice, I’ve worked with many patients who were told their symptoms were simply “part of getting older”—fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep, brain fog or increasing stress.
But over time, a clear pattern emerged.
These issues are rarely random, and they’re not something you simply have to live with. They tend to follow predictable shifts in hormone balance, metabolism and nervous system function—especially in midlife.
What I’ve found is that when you understand these patterns and address them in a structured, individualized way, people can make meaningful and lasting improvements in how they feel and function.
That is the focus of my work.

How I Approach Midlife Health
My approach integrates current medical understanding with real-world clinical experience, focusing on how hormone, metabolic and stress-related patterns interact over time.
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, the goal is to understand the broader patterns driving those symptoms—and address them in a structured, personalized way
You can learn more about how this approach is applied on our Midlife Metabolic Reset page and our Menopause and Perimenopause Support page.
Focus Areas Include
-
Care is personalized to your physiology and history
-
We look at how systems interact (hormones, metabolism, digestion, stress)
-
We focus on underlying drivers, not just diagnoses
-
We work with you over time, not just a single visit
-
The goal is meaningful, sustainable improvement
Experience and Background
After nearly two decades in practice, and in over 3,000 patients, I’ve seen consistent patterns in how hormone and metabolic issues develop—and more importantly, what tends to help people improve over time.
This experience allows for a more focused and efficient approach, particularly for patients who have tried multiple approaches without lasting results.
