Achieving Lasting Change Is a Dynamic Process

Over my 18+ years in practice, one thing has become increasingly clear to me: achieving lasting improvements in your health isn’t simply about finding the right strategy. It’s also about successfully implementing that strategy into your daily life and adapting it as your health continues to change.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your energy, balance your hormones or simply feel like yourself again, meaningful improvements don’t happen overnight. They develop through a series of small, consistent changes that build upon one another over time.
That’s one of the reasons I’ve built health coaching into our Program-Based Care model. While I develop the overall strategy and guide the medical aspects of your care, our health coaches help you successfully implement those recommendations, navigate the challenges that naturally arise and keep moving forward as your needs evolve. Together, we help transform a clear strategy into lasting improvements in your health.
Turning Knowledge into Everyday Progress
One of my primary roles as a doctor is to understand why you’re experiencing the symptoms you are and developing the medical strategy that supports your health. Through a comprehensive evaluation, advanced lab testing and years of clinical experience, I develop a supplementation and natural therapy strategy highly specific to you.
At the same time, lasting improvements in your health depend on much more than the therapies themselves. They depend on the day-to-day choices that gradually reshape your health—how you eat, how you respond to stress, how consistently you practice brain training, how well you sleep and the habits you build over time.
These aren’t simply boxes to check. They’re skills that develop through practice, repetition and ongoing refinement.
That’s where health coaching becomes an essential part of our program. While I continue to guide the medical aspects of your care, your coach helps you translate these foundational principles into everyday life—working with you to overcome obstacles, adapt to changing circumstances and continue making steady progress between physician visits.
From Information To Lasting Habits
Making meaningful changes to your health isn’t simply about receiving good advice. It’s about successfully integrating new habits into a busy, sometimes unpredictable life.
That’s where your health coach becomes an invaluable partner.
Rather than simply checking in between physician visits, your coach works alongside you as you put new ideas into practice. Together, you’ll identify obstacles, answer questions as they arise and find practical solutions that fit your individual circumstances. Whether you’re learning to build healthier meals, establishing new routines, incorporating brain training into your day or navigating setbacks, your coach helps you continue moving forward.
Over time, these small adjustments become lasting habits. And those lasting habits become the foundation for meaningful improvements in your health.

Working Together for Better Results
One of the unique aspects of our program is the close partnership between doctor and health coach. While our roles are different, they are designed to complement one another—combining medical expertise with ongoing guidance and practical support.
As your doctor, I focus on understanding the underlying factors affecting your health, interpreting lab findings and guiding the medical aspects of your care – including the very specific and individualized supplements and natural therapies, as well as the big picture view of how it all fits together. Your health coach focuses on helping you successfully integrate into your daily life the dietary, lifestyle and brain training principles that support lasting change.
This approach allows each member of our team to focus on what they do best. Rather than trying to address everything during our (doctor) visits, you have ongoing support from someone who understands your goals, knows your program and can help you continue making steady progress.
Together, we provide both the medical guidance and the day-to-day support needed to help you build healthier habits that last.
Small, Consistent Changes Lead to Lasting Results
When you think about improving your health, many times we imagine one big breakthrough—a single diet, supplement or treatment that changes everything overnight.
In reality, lasting improvements in your health are usually built through hundreds of small decisions made consistently over time.
Choosing a healthier breakfast.
Preparing for a busy work week.
Practicing brain training for a few minutes each day.
Getting back on track after a vacation.
Finding new ways to manage stress.
Celebrating meaningful progress while continuing to move forward.
None of these moments seem remarkable on their own. But together, they create the habits and routines that support better energy, a healthier metabolism, improved resilience and a greater sense of well-being.
That’s why health coaching is such an important part of our approach. It’s not about striving for perfection. It’s about helping you continue making meaningful progress—one step, one decision and one improvement at a time.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you’re looking for more than a list of recommendations—if you’re looking for a physician-led program that combines expert medical guidance with ongoing coaching and accountability—we’d love to learn more about your goals.
